About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Production Helpers to assist with the operations of our food manufacturing lines. You will support machine operators, maintain workflow continuity, perform basic quality and cleaning tasks, and ensure the production area remains organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators with setting up, starting, and stopping production equipment
Supply raw materials, packaging materials, and components as needed
Monitor machines during operation for minor issues and report anomalies
Perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks in the production area
Inspect finished products for visible defects and sort or separate defective items
Help with loading/unloading and handling materials within the production zone
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality protocols
Support shift handover and communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow staff
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent (or as per company policy)
Prior experience as a helper or floor worker in a manufacturing / food processing unit is a plus
Physically fit, able to stand long hours, lift moderate weight (e.g. 10–20 kg)
Basic understanding of production workflows or willingness to learn
Able to follow instructions, punctual, and a good team player
Basic literacy in Bengali and/or English
Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening/night as required)

About the Role
